The colon is a vital part of our body. Its primary purpose is to absorb nutrients from the food you eat and eliminate as waste the rest of your food. If you don’t eat a proper diet, there are little or no nutrients to absorb and your colon can become overworked and clogged. You can fix this by a proper diet.
