Most people hope to never have to think about parasites, let alone deal with having them. The idea of parasites can be quite disgusting and disturbing. Luckily, there are some at-home methods of treatment that can be very beneficial to some individuals.

Parasites aren’t just found in third world countries. They are everywhere around us. Parasites are actually the primary cause of many diseases and illnesses in the United States and other countries. Approximately 80 % to 90 % of individuals suffer from parasites and may not even know it. Individuals suffering from parasites should cleanse their body with a parasite cleanse.

Bowl of Pumpkin Seeds

Symptoms

Many people who are suffering from parasites do not have any obvious symptoms. People who suffer from recurring diarrhea or other abdominal issues may have parasites. Burning or itching of the skin may also be a side effect or symptom. Other common symptoms include IBS, fluctuations in blood sugar, fatigue, food cravings, rectal itching, bloating, diarrhea, foul breath and restlessness at night.

Where Do Parasites Originate From?

Parasites can often be found in the water that people drink, the food that someone eats or from pets or sexual contact. Parasites can lay a thousand eggs a day. Most of those eggs are killed by the human immune system. The human body must have specific substances and compounds in order to kill the remaining parasites that are left behind.

Homemade De-worming Solution

You can make your own homemade de-worming solution very easily. Mix together raw onions, garlic, pumpkin seeds, apple cider vinegar, kelp and yogurt to your diet. You can mix variations or come up with your own recipes.

Black walnut oil is an old folk remedy. It is used to commonly kill over 100 different types of parasites. Similar to black walnut, wormwood also kills adult parasites. You can find wormwood in tea, liquid or capsule form in your local health food store.

Cloves naturally kill the eggs of the parasites. Use cloves, wormwood and black walnut together to adequately kill the parasites. This will kill both the parasites and eggs at the same time, so that the colony cannot re-grow again.

Mash up pumpkin seeds with juice for an effective parasite treatment. You can also just eat a diet high in pumpkin seeds, garlic and onions. Once you have killed off the parasites, you’ll need to remove them from your system all together. Use a good colon cleanse to do this. Mix Psyllium husks and Bentonite clay into your cleanse in order to fully clean out your colon. This will flush out all of the remaining negative organisms. Finally, you’ll need to modify your diet so that the parasites do not come back. Eat a diet full of garlic and reduce your intake of stimulants, such as coffee and other caffeine.

Parasites may be a surprise to most people and many do not want to believe that they could possibly be suffering from parasites, but the fact of the matter is that anyone can be unlucky enough to suffer from parasites and it can become quite serious.

Intestinal parasites are very common, but can cause severe intestinal distress. The parasites actually burrow into the body and can perforate the intestines and organs.

Parasites can burrow into the intestines, causing serious consequences. The troubles begin when the parasite worms squirm their way into the body. The parasites burrow in, fooling the body and the immune system into thinking they are a regular part of the body tissue or organs. When this happens, the immune system will not fight off these intruders.

Washing Hands at the Kitchen Sink

As the parasites burrow within the body, they cause extensive problems.

First, they start to eat away at the organs. As an analogy, they can make a Swiss cheese like effect out of your organs meaning causing holes throughout. These holes can cause physical trauma in the form of perforating the intestines, the circulatory system, the lungs, the liver or the whole body.

Second, the parasites erode, damage or block organs by lumping together in balls or tumors. These lumps can be mistaken for cancer tumors. Additionally, they can travel into the brain, heart and lungs creating serious discomfort and problems.

Next, the parasites remove vital vitamin and mineral nutrients, and amino acids needed for digestion. When this happens, you can become anemic, become drowsy after meals and have difficulties with digestion.

These parasites are actually living, breeding and sometimes dying within our bodies. Because of this they leave metabolic waste products or toxic waste that can poison our bodies. This condition is called verminous intoxification. These toxins can be re-absorbed into the intestines causing severe pain and distress. Additionally, your immune system has to work twice as hard to remove these toxic waste products.

As your immune system continues to work harder, the body becomes tired and rundown and you may be susceptible to more illnesses, such as the common flu or cold.

One such parasite is an amoeba, which is an irregular shaped microorganism that infects the end of the smaller intestine and colon. This amoeba releases an enzyme that causes ulcers or abscesses where they can enter the bloodstream. They can eventually reach other organs like the brain or liver. With an ulcer or abscess, you will experience severe pain, including severe digestion problems and severe stomach ailments.

To prevent yourself from parasites, you can make very small changes to your lifestyle. First, you should always wash your hands. This is the easiest way to prevent parasite transmissions. Second, keep your kitchen area clean. You should thoroughly was all fruits and vegetables. You should clean the kitchen and utensils thoroughly. Third, you can drink pure water, especially if in a foreign country, sticking with bottled water is best. Fourth, keep your house clean. Dust mites live throughout your entire house, mostly in carpeted areas. Additionally, as they are living there they are breeding there and leaving fecal matter there. The best option is hard wood floors; however, as that is not feasible, the next best option is cleaning.

Cleansing and detoxifying the colon can play an important role in an individual’s overall health and wellbeing. People often times suffer from intestinal parasites and don’t even realize it. Parasites can make us feel under the weather and can have other negative health effects on us.

Detoxification

Detoxification is very important to cleansing your colon. It should be done 1 to 2 times per year, depending on how bad your diet is, where you live and your overall habits in general. Detoxification can be described as the process of clearing toxins from an individual’s body while neutralizing the toxins at the same time. Most of the toxins we get come from the food we eat, drug use and environmental factors.

Psyllium Husk

In order to properly detoxify, one must make dietary and lifestyle changes. These types of changes will allow the person to reduce their intake of toxins while improving elimination. Avoiding chemicals from foods and other sources, as well as refined sugar, sugar, caffeine, alcohol, tobacco and many drugs, can help to minimize the toxin load.

Probiotics can also be very beneficial to helping an individual cleanse his or her colon properly.

Cleansing Your Colon Naturally

If you plan on cleansing your colon naturally, it’s important that you follow instructions exactly and precisely. You’ll need to put together a proper colon cleansing diet and may consider taking some colon cleansing supplements. Certain herbs are known to kill parasites and intestinal worms. Some herbs contain digestive enzymes and naturally contain Probiotics, which are known as beneficial bacteria. Some herbs benefit the liver, gallbladder and the intestines. Some herbs to consider include psyllium husk or psyllium seeds, cascara Sagrada, slippery elm and flax seed.

Removing waste from your colon is a good place to start. Typically, an American diet holds up to eight meals of undigested food and waste material within the colon. A high fiber diet tends to only hold three meals, rather than eight.

Constipation and Diarrhea

Constipation and diarrhea are good indications of colon problems. More serious problems, such as cancer and immune system dysfunctions typically begin with a toxic bowel. Having regular bowel movements is extremely important. People who have a healthy functioning colon should be having a bowel moving three or more times a day.

When we have issues with constipation and diarrhea, the inner walls of our colon become impacted and encrusted with hardened and dried fecal matter. This can cause many problems for us.

Dietary fiber is extremely important when it comes to cleansing our colon. Dietary fiber can be divided into two basic categories: soluble and insoluble. Soluble fiber dissolves in water and insoluble fiber does not dissolve in water. Both provide bulk in the large intestine, encouraging regular bowel movements. The digestive system can benefit greatly from soluble fiber.

Psyllium, oat bran, apple pectin and guar gum all have the ability to lower blood cholesterol levels, which is a positive thing. Psyllium is excellent for various digestive problems. It can help combat digestive problems such as constipation, diarrhea, diverticular disease and colitis. Many people use it as part of a colon cleansing program and it may be used to help prevent colon cancer. While we are alive, it is estimated that we consume somewhere around 90,000 pounds of food and 55,000 quarts of liquid. For most Americans, most of that food and drink consists of hamburgers, sodas, cakes, cookies, pastries, potato chips, ice cream and pizza; not exactly a healthy way of looking at things. Many of these foods are to blame for digestive issues.

If we eat a diet high in fat and low in fiber, this slows our intestinal transit times down, which eventually affects our digestion. By making sure we eat a diet full of healthy fiber and low in fat, we will be aiding our digestive tract while ensuring regular bowel movements.

Parasites can enter the body in various ways, one such way is inhalation through the nasal passages. This tends to lead to asthma problems or asthma attacks.

Asthma is a condition in which you have breathing problems, as the airways of the lungs become hypersensitive to irritants. With asthma, you can experience labored breathing, sneezing, chest constriction, coughing, and trouble breathing.

Asthma can be caused by parasites, usually airborne parasites.

When irritants are in the air, they can enter into the airway, causing the bronchial tubes to swell making it difficult to breath. The most common type of asthma is asthma that is triggered by allergens like pollen or mold. Parasites can be tiny organisms that can only be seen under a microscope. The parasites can be spread through the air, water, food, insects, animals or simply by human contact. It is usually the airborne parasites that can be related to an asthma attack.

These parasites can enter into the bloodstream and then travel to the muscles and vital organs where they can impose considerable damage on your body.

The parasites begin as very infectious, small and light organisms. They can float in the air and become inhaled. Along with asthma, the parasites have been linked to cancer, rheumatoid disease, diabetes, multiple sclerosis, pyorrhea, and other diseases.

While parasites can be inhaled, it is possible that they may be in the body already and still cause sinus problems. For example, you can have an abscess in your tooth, which holds bacteria and this can lead to sinus inflammation and sinus infections. Unfortunately, since these parasites are microscopic they can live in the mucus in the sinuses and cause these issues.

Roundworms are the most common infection causing asthma problems. Roundworms enter the body when a person gets them on their hands and transfers them to their nose or mouth. Once on the body, the larvae enter the lungs and then the throat, where they are coughed up and swallowed. Once they are swallowed, larvae enter the intestines and become adults, where they can produce eggs for a year or more. They can be microscopic from 1 millimeter up to 1 meter. These parasites are most common in warm, tropical climates.

As relates to asthma and your sinuses, the most common signs and symptoms of roundworms is trouble breathing and coughing, along with abdominal problems.

With hookworms, you are also susceptible to asthma problems. As these parasites cause difficulty breathing, wheezing, coughing and a rash. A hookworm infection occurs when larvae of the roundworms come into contact with human skin, through contaminated soil or feces. They will penetrate the skin, move through into the lungs to the small intestine, where they attach and mature into adults, laying more eggs. They feed off the blood of the infected person, which can lead to anemia.

While intestinal problems are most common, many of these parasites can cause severe asthma and breathing problems.

Parasites are very common and can be contracted very easily, but sometimes may be difficult to detect. When you are subjected, the most common problem is digestive and stomach ailments.

Parasites can be difficult to find. They can live throughout the intestines, including in the lining of the intestines. If they are able to breed and multiply, they may leave the lining or tract of your intestines and enter into your blood stream causing more problems.

Parasites can cause tremendous problems throughout the body.

Parasites can move anywhere in the body through the blood stream, including into the organs, the hearts and the lungs. If the parasites get into the organs, they may be difficult to find.

The digestive system has hundreds of substances enter into it each and every day that it is required to process. It may be already compromised by some of these substances when a parasite enters into the system. The parasites can injure digestive tissue and disrupt functioning of the digestive tract and affect the immune system.

Throughout their time in the body, parasites also can produce toxic wastes of their own, which can affect the digestive system and as far as the central nervous system. Further, as the parasites progress to the organs or central nervous system, they become more difficult to recognize as problems and effectively treat.

As the parasites continue to remain in your body, they can continue to cause problems. As explained above, the parasites can attach to the digestive tissues. Once this happens, you can have chronic pain and inflammation. This can affect absorbing of nutrients from your food.

Many times you have a parasite it can heal or be eliminated in a short period of time without any serious complications. In the beginning stages, you may experience diarrhea, nausea, vomiting and loss of appetite. You usually will not even have to see a physician. If the conditions do not improve in a timely manner on their own, your physician may take a stool sample and run tests.

There are some cases when the digestive pain and problems progress. While you are getting better, you should be concerned with dehydration. It is important to continue to keep up with your fluid intake. If you become dehydrated, you may need to be hospitalized for IV fluids. Additionally, dehydration is harder on your system and can complicate your condition further.

The transmission of parasites usually targets the feces and the digestive system. All of these systems are interrelated. The parasites tend to migrate and breed within the intestinal system. Therefore, almost all of the parasite infections are going to affect your digestion, your eating, your stomach and all related systems. As usual, you should be aware of any changes in your diet or eating habits to determine if you have an infection or parasite.

If you do not feel better within a short period of time, you should always consult your physician for testing.

The idea behind walking around on this earth with intestinal parasites is quite disgusting to most individuals. It’s a scary thought, when you think about it, and is one that literally gives me the chills.

Parasites, which humans tend to get, can come from our food and our water and may cause constipation, stomach bloating and other diseases and health concerns. Other symptoms include anemia, asthma, diarrhea, digestive disorders, fatigue, low immune system, nervousness and skin rashes. Often times, people do not understand what they suffer from or why they may be experiencing some of the symptoms that they have.

There are over 100 different types of parasites, which can live in the human body. Some are microscopic in size, where as others can be seen quite easily. These types of organisms are found throughout our environment; even in the air we breathe. Some of these parasites come from animals too.

How Do We Get Them?

Our bodies may become invaded with parasites and worms through food and water intake. Transmitting agents, such as mosquitoes, sexual contact or contact through the nose or skin are ways we can get parasites. They vary in size. Once the parasites are established in our system, they will feed on the same food you eat, eventually feeding on you.

People are become infected with parasites, typically are infected with viral infections, bacterial infections and fungal infections. They also may suffer from varying types of metal and toxic poisoning. Parasites can show themselves as many different types of diseases and can affect people of any age, race or place. Parasites can both exaggerate and irritate other health problems and symptoms.

Once we become infected with parasites, this creates the perfect living environment for the parasites. In addition to there being 100 different types of parasites, there are 3200 varieties of parasites, falling into four major categories, including Protozoa, Trematoda, Cestoda and Nematoda.

Worm infections can cause physical trauma by burrowing deep into the intestines in a Swiss cheese-type effect. They can also infect the lungs, the liver and the overall entire body. The parasites rob us of vitamins and minerals and can erode, damage or block certain organs by creating balls or tumors. Parasites can often be mistaken for cancerous tumors. They can travel to the heart or the brain and even attack the lungs. Parasites can depress the immune system, which can eventually lead to further degeneration, fatigue and illness. They can also destroy cells even faster than the cells can be regenerated.

If someone suspects that he or she may suffer from parasites, a home test can be conducted to get to the bottom of it. Try adding one or two drops of black walnut oil to a cotton swab. Apply to the inside of the nose. If there is a burning or twitching of the toes or it feels like there are “rocks” or scaling appears on the outside, may be an indication that parasites are in existence.
